As your co packer we can blend, bottle, Label and Code Date your beverages in your choice of containers. Our experienced team assures the quality of your products coming off the line. We can prepare batches as large as 1,500 gallons and have a total of 4,000 gallons of tank capacity with more on the way. Our entire facility is temperature controlled to prevent any negative thermal impact on your products.
Once your juice is bottled it is moved to our High-Pressure Processing (HPP) processing area to be treated according to the appropriate validation study for your product. HPP is your 5-log reduction in pathogens and can greatly extend the shelf life of your fresh product.
When your bottles come out of the HPP process, they pass through a series of air knives to remove the excess water and are packed in the manner you require. They are then palletized and prepared for shipment. As a very affordable option, we can shrink bundle your bottles to eliminate the need for costly cartons and excess waste materials.
High-pressure processing (HPP) maintains freshness and preserves natural flavors of juices, meat, fruits and vegetables better than any other processing method.
